Hosting, the certificate and small fixes are included for the first year. After that it is $29 a year, said on the call and on the plan card, never after.

Correct. I build the site and the brand design system, then walk you through every page on a call. You decide after that. If you say no, you pay nothing and you keep the brand work and every document.
Your logo if you do not have one, your colours, your type, and how they are used. It is built before the site because the site is built from it. It is included at no cost and it is yours whether or not you take the website.
You say so on the call and I change it, or you walk away. There is no invoice either way. I would rather you left with something useful than felt cornered into buying.
For the Website plan, yes, paid once. Landing pages are $49 and shops are $129. Premium versions of each are listed on the plan cards. Anything more involved than those is scoped and quoted on the call, never guessed at.
Hosting, the security certificate and small fixes. The first year is included, so it starts a year after your site goes live. It is said on the call and on the plan card, never after.
From your own portal. Pick the page, say what should change and attach any photos, then send it. I make the change and tell you when it is live. Small changes are included. The design stays as it was built, which is what stops a site drifting out of shape six months later.
You do. The domain is registered in your name and the site is yours. If you ever want to move it elsewhere, you can.
Usually. Bring whatever you can find to the call, a login or an old invoice or the name of whoever built it. If none of it turns up we start clean on a domain you own, and you lose nothing but the old pages.
Five days for a website from the call, three for a landing page, ten for a shop. You are not waiting weeks to find out what you bought.
