Barbers and grooming
Barbers and grooming brands: from likes to orders.
People buy grooming products on how they make them feel, then hesitate at checkout. The ads have to build the feeling, and the shop has to make paying easy.
The situation
A men's grooming brand selling online had followers, but the website was not turning visits into orders.
What we built
- Five campaigns between July and September, each with its own job: awareness, an offer, interest, decision and action.
- An Instant Form for people who wanted to order by message, mirrored into the owner's own sheet.
- A checkout review on a real phone, which found card-only payment and ten form fields were costing sales.
What it produced
27leads in three months
$5.12best cost per lead
3paid orders traced to the ads
What it taught us
The cheapest leads came from the decision campaign, once people had already seen the brand twice. The order step, not the ads, was the bottleneck.
